Who is M&G Shoes & Clothes GmbH?
M&G Shoes & Clothes is a family-run limited company (GmbH) based in Mönchengladbach. As a wholesale company, we import clothing, shoes and accessories from all over Europe, Canada and USA and export to Africa, the Middle East and South America.
What do we specialize in?
We specialize in trading with surplus goods, closeout stock and reclamation goods. Currently we are working with over 50 companies, with which we have contractually regulated trading agreements. These are our loyal and trusted partners and reliable sources for a large selection of high-quality brand-name products.
What type of items do we offer?
Goods from manufacturers, traders, retailers, warehouses and outlets, i.e. surplus goods, closeouts, stock, wrong deliveries, late deliveries, samples, sample collections, sales goods, last season’s items, shoes, women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, sportswear, evening wear, Total Look, basics, underwear, accessories, etc.
Why should you purchase at M&G Shoes & Clothes?
We are not a broker. All the goods we offer are either in stock or available as samples in our warehouse and at the time of sale are in our possession. We offer good quality, a large selection and fast business transaction. Thanks to our large warehouse capacity we always have sufficient items in stock for viewing and approval. Customers are very welcome to view our goods and inspect our sorting process in our warehouse.
How do we sell our goods?
In the majority of cases, our goods are sold per kg. The sorting is carried out according to label and season (Fall/Winter, Spring/Summer). The minimum purchasing quantity is 1,000 kg.
How new is our warehouse stock?
As a rule, our goods are no older than 6 months.
What do the goods cost?
We are happy to inform you about prices in a personal discussion.
Are there any purchasing restrictions?
Import is not possible in every country. Each fashion label has its own trade agreements, which protect brands accordingly in respective markets.
What are jobbers?
Jobbers are companies with business relations with producers, department stores and wholesalers and who buy up their stock, as does M&G Clothes and Shoes. These companies invest a lot of time and capital so as to offer a good selection of fashionable brand-name clothing. Jobbers sell their goods according to contractual agreements, in our case only in approved sales countries. As a rule, the purchased goods are kept in their own warehouse and, if necessary, are cleaned, sorted and packaged.
What are brokers?
Brokers are individuals or companies dealing in goods, who, however, do not make any investments of their own. The risk therefore remains solely with the purchaser.
What are closeout goods?
Closeout goods are items which are longer being traded, as they have been replaced by new products. As a rule, the goods are new, they can, however, be slightly damaged due to transport or storage.
What are liquidations?
Liquidations are sales of warehouse stock, which are necessary to pay off a company’s debt or as a fast means of acquiring cash to enable new investments. This can entail goods of all different qualities.
What are returned goods?
Returned goods are items which were originally sold to the consumer with a warranty allowing him to exchange or return the product if not satisfactory (flaw in quality) or suitable (i.e. returned presents).
